ClickJam Privacy Policy Effective 8 October 2026 Contact: pressatech2711@gmail.com What we collect Your account identifier, email and profile name support sign-in, your private account and a non-accumulating daily free allowance. Google Firebase handles Google sign-in and email/password authentication. We do not store your password in the app or our application database. We store uploaded scene photos, generated example images, shooting guides, generation settings (including your optional gender preference for solo example images and selected camera mode), optional quality feedback, safety reports and credit activity. Where purchases are available, Google Play processes payment details. We verify product identifiers, purchase tokens, order identifiers and payment status to provide credits and handle refunds. Service providers process basic request and diagnostic information needed to operate the service. How we use it Google Firebase provides authentication. Gender selection is optional, is not inferred from photos, and only guides the generated example. Google Gemini receives scene photos and generation instructions to create and check a photo idea. Render and Neon process and store account and generation data for the consumer test. Expo receives a randomly generated installation identifier, app version and update diagnostics to deliver and troubleshoot app updates. We use Mixpanel to understand how the app is used, such as which features are opened and whether pose ideas succeed. These events carry a pseudonymous account identifier, a random installation identifier, app and device version, and your phone's time zone, never your name, email or photos. Mixpanel derives an approximate country and city from your IP address and does not store the address. The app also sends your phone's time zone to our server so your free daily pose resets at your local midnight. The earlier private trial uses Vercel and Neon. Google Play processes one-time credit-pack purchases and any existing subscriptions. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data may be processed outside your country. Photo improvement is optional Feedback helps evaluate whether suggestions are useful. Your scene photos and generated images are not included in a model-improvement dataset unless you enable “Help improve ClickJam”. This setting is off by default. You can withdraw permission in Account → Privacy & support; this excludes your images from subsequent improvement exports. It does not reverse a model already trained using a previously consented dataset. No training on consumer photos has been performed at this release. Retention and deletion Your private shot history is retained until you delete a shot or your account. Generated previews are examples and are cached in the app on your phone. Deleting a shot removes its connected server copies; copies outside the app remain under your control. Previous private-trial shots can be copied into your account's local collection if you choose; their original private-trial copies stay separate. Account deletion removes your profile, photos, guides, feedback and safety reports for that account. Minimal hashed anti-abuse records and payment records may remain for fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Provider backups may remain through their normal retention cycle. Your choices You can sign out, withdraw photo-improvement consent, delete individual shots, or delete your account in the app. You can also request account deletion without the app at /delete-account or by emailing the contact above from your registered address. Authentication uses encrypted transport; photos are accessed through authenticated requests. We do not require location, microphone or contact-list access. Children This release is intended for adults. Do not submit content that exploits or endangers children. Use “Report this image” for unsafe or inappropriate generated content.
